Our life is blessing by great amazing natural resources. Everything we need in our life, we supplied by nature, not exceptional for beauty. It's not difficult making body treatment from sources in our daily stuff. Besides it's easy to get, easy to use and minimize the negative effects.
1. Honey
Honey is a wonderful nourishing for the skin and usually used as facial mask. It has function for moisturizing dry skin and help rejuvenating skin.
There are various way and combination for using honey. I will share you some of it.
For oily skin
Mashed avocado and blend it with honey to make a good paste. Wait...don't eat it.
Mask your face and neck with this yummy paste wait for 15 minutes. Rinse with with cold water.
Honey and Lemon Face mask
All you need is;
1. 2 tablespoon honey
2. ½ tablespoon lemon juice
Mix them well and apply to your face. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
Rinse off with cold water. The nourishing effect of honey with natural facial cleanser in lemon helps to revitalize your
skin with a fresh and glowing complexion
Egg and honey Face Mask
1. 1 tablespoon honey,
2. 1 egg yolk,
3. 1/2 teaspoon almond oil
4. 1 tablespoon yogurt.
Mix them well and apply as a mask.
This is a very good home made facial mask for dry skin.
Almond oil helps to restore moisture and negate the effects of dryness.
If you don't have almond oil, you can use olive oil or good quality baby oil.
Or if you wanna a simplicity, I have another way.
Prepare warm water and shake it on your face. It will help our pores open. Take little honey
and mask your face. Wait for 10 minutes and rinse off with cold water (it will help pores close again).
2. Olive Oil
Olive oil can protect our skin from ultraviolet, for nourish you nail, and for strong hair.
We also can use it as an addition to our facial mask for nourishing and soft skin.
3. Egg
For a long time, egg has been used for skin treatment because egg can pull out dirt and poison from pores (pore cleanser). The albumen useful for dry skin, because can avoid accumulation of fat and clean the poison dirty.
4. Avocado
For dry skin : Mashed avocado, apply to your face, wait for 30 minutes. Clean it with warm water.
For normal skin : Add mashed avocade with albumen.
For oily skin : Mix albumen and honey to mashed avocado.
5. Chocolate
Nyummy... who doesn't like chocolate?
But do you know that chocolate for beauty? For example, choco mask can be using for moisturizing, softening, tightening, refining skin, also avoiding contraction.
6. Papaya
Papaya contains papain enzym, that can wipe away dead skin, black spot, smoothing your colour skin. Papaya contains vitamin A and B that function as antioxydant.
7. Banana
Already given up with annoying acne? No, don't, not yet before you try this tips.
Mashed banana, mixed with a little milk and honey. Then apply to your face for 30-40 minutes.
Rinse off with warm water, then cold water or ice, repeat it until you get maximal result.
You see? There still a bunch of natural sources for us to be used out there.
While there are so many safe and comfort substance for our skin without negative effect,
why we have to over-use chemical cosmetics?
