This is just my opinion, but let me tell you something. Human like us, maybe, is not born for eating more meats, but actually, we are a vege.
When I saw mangoes that ripe on the tree, i wanna to eat it. But when i saw chicken or cow, i have no willing to eat it. So i think, actually, our instinct already told us what the best thing for our self. Many disease appears lately, for the researchers said that mostly the caused is from our meal habits. So maybe, it's time for us, back to our nature, our first instinct.
